Sherlin Lawncare was founded by Steve Sherlin in 2011.  We specialize in full service grounds maintenance for our Commercial, Industrial, and Residential clients.  We believe that our client's lives are busy enough, so we provide them with the easy process of only contacting one person when they need anything.  

We only use well maintained commercial grade equipment to cut our lawns.  Making sure to cut the turf at the correct height for each specific type of turf to promote a much healthier lawn.

We are licensed by the State of Virginia to apply weed control pesticides.  We offer fertilization programs that begin with soil testing to see what your lawn actually needs and then we customize a plan that takes both our client's needs and their budgets into consideration.

We use core aerators typically in the fall and then we over seed the lawns with premium grass seed.  Lawns can be aerated anytime, the more the better, but over seeding the lawn has the best results in the fall.

We are able to maintain all of the landscaping; such as trimming shrubs, pruning trees, maintaining mulch beds, lawn care services, seasonal planting, enhancements, pressure washing...
